Progressive Message Survey (Top Three Priorities)

Progressives need to agree on a set of core values and find ways to talk to ordinary people about how vision, values and issues interact. This is often called "framing," sometimes defined as "linking issues to shared ethical and moral values." In order to make positive change, Progressives must have compelling messages about deeply relevant issues which help ordinary people see how being part of the Progressive political process is fundamental to the well-being of their families, community, and culture.

The diversity of vision, values, and issues which matter to different communities is important, and is in part due to local approaches. This survey is an attempt to unite many voices of many communities to uncover shared Visions and Values and, in turn, agree on a set of and generate fresh messages that will recruit voters, unequivocally, into the Progressive culture.

Think of issues that are important to you personally. Now choose the THREE most important issues to you and explain the issue from your point of view in a tightly focused way. Don’t try to create a headline or a bumper sticker, but don’t ramble too much either.
