LatinosForTexas.com collects information from our users at several different points on our website. LatinosForTexas.com is an owner of the information collected by using this site. This events calendar is a joint project of LatinosForTexas.com and TxRepEddieRodriguez.com, and all information posted, collected, emailed, txt-msged, displayed on either organization's calendar appears on both.
Registration
In order to use portions of LatinosForTexas.com, a user must first complete the registration
form and verify your email address by clicking a one-time link sent to the registrant's email. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as
name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services
on our site for which they have expressed interest.
Cookies - This site does not use Cookies
Cookies are not all Bad. Still, LatinosForTexas.com does not create or use cookies, but instead uses Sessions, which expire when a browser is closed or a user clicks the "Logout" link. Sessions are used to keep a user "logged-in" across multiple pages, and the like.

LatinosForTexas.com stores this information for sending these Invites and Reminders. The owner of this information, or the original provider of the information may contact LatinosForTexas.com to request the removal of this information from the database.
Removal of Information
Within the calendar, a user may sign-in and edit or delete some of their information, such as their address, or phone number(s) whenever they desire. The owner of any information may also contact LatinosForTexas.com to request the removal of information from the database. Ownership is proved by, for example, emailing us from the address that you request be removed, or emailing a phone number we can call and that you answer and approve its removal.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on http://www.LatinosForTexas.com/events/privacy.php so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable
