I have little faith that Republicans are going to do right by Texas kids, but with these extra funds at least they will have no excuse come election time.

wow, thats a mighty big couch!!
how about an ‘education tax’ rebate, and send checks to people who have been paying for higher higher ed.
how about helping any kid who wants to go to university, trade schools, or junior college?
oh i know, a student-loan-payoff lottery??
